CONDITION

Always deep condition to restore moisture and keep hair soft.

DETANGLE

Detangle gently from ends to roots using a wide-tooth comb.

DRY

Air dry whenever possible. If blow drying, use low heat.

HEAT STYLE

Use heat protectant and limit heat styling to maintain longevity.

NIGHT CARE

Wrap hair with a silk scarf or use a satin pillowcase.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all Rare Roots hair products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please check your selected texture, length, lace type and quantity carefully before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect orders

We take great care when preparing every order. If you believe you have received an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order details and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Where we confirm that an item was supplied incorrectly or arrived damaged, we will work with you to resolve it appropriately.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
